Reducing Modem Speed

  1. Go into the ConcordNet dialler or your dial up networking connection.
    .
  2. In the username field retype your username. Make sure when typing your username it is the username either you specified during signup or the username you were given at signup by your ConcordNet/ TSN representative.

  3. Do the same for your password.
    .
  4. Make sure you have no spaces before or after the username and password.
    .
  5. Give that a go and if you are still having problems give us a call.
