The mail program doesn't accept my Username or Password

If you haven't manually changed your settings and you are prompted for your e-mail username or password, the mail server may be temporarily down. The best thing to do is, re-try in 15 minutes. If after this time you are still experiencing difficulties, call the ConcordNet Help Desk 02 9702 5530.

If you are setting up your account for the first time, and your username and password gets rejected:

You may have entered them incorrectly.

You may be confusing your e-mail P/W and username with your Internet Access P/W and username.

You may not have created the account properly.
.

Outlook express will now be correctly set-up.
