This process sets-up Microsoft Outlook Express® to suit ConcordNet mail.

Open "Outlook Express".

Ignore the error message. Click the [x] to remove the error message.

Click "Tools".

Click "Accounts".

Click "Mail".

To REMOVE any old or unwanted accounts, click on the account and then click "Remove".

To ADD a new account, click "ADD", click "Mail" and follow the wizard instructions.

(Make sure to note: when the wizard asks you for a username and password, don't get your INTERNET ACCESS USERNAME (tsnxxxx) confused with your EMAIL USERNAME. Your email username is whatever is before the @concordnet.com.au in you email address).
