Manual Set-up for Outlook Express

Possible Solutions

This process sets-up Microsoft Outlook Express® to suit ConcordNet mail.

 

  1. Open "Outlook Express".
    .

  2. Ignore the error message. Click the [x] to remove the error message.
    .

  3. Click "Tools".
    .

  4. Click "Accounts".
    .

  5. Click "Mail".
    .

  6. To REMOVE any old or unwanted accounts, click on the account and then click "Remove".
    .

  7. To ADD a new account, click "ADD", click "Mail" and follow the wizard instructions.
    .
    (Make sure to note: when the wizard asks you for a username and password, don't get your INTERNET ACCESS USERNAME (tsnxxxx) confused with your EMAIL USERNAME. Your email username is whatever is before the @concordnet.com.au in you email address). 

 

ConcordNet/TSN's mail settings are as follows

Mail Server Type:

POP3

Incoming Mail Server:

mail.concordnet.com.au
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.tsn.cc
