No Dial Tone

Checking the phone line

  1. Take out the phone cord from the back of the modem and plug it into the back of a phone. 
    .
  2. This will determine if you have a dial tone or not. 
    .
  3. If there is a dial tone please call ConcordNet/TSN for assistance in fixing the problem 
    .
  4. If there isn't a dial tone the phone cord may be broken. 
    .
  5. In the case of the phone cord being broken what you are best to do is go down to your local electronic shop and purchase a new phone cord.
