Checking the phone line
|
- Take out the phone cord from the back of the modem and plug it into the back of a phone.

- This will determine if you have a dial tone or not.
.
- If there is a dial tone please call ConcordNet/TSN for assistance in fixing the problem
.
- If there isn't a dial tone the phone cord may be broken.
.
- In the case of the phone cord being broken what you are best to do is go down to your local electronic shop and purchase a new phone cord.
