This will determine what modem(s) that are installed on your computer. Please get a Pen and Paper and write down the exact description of your modem.

Go to START - SETTINGS - CONTROL PANEL.

• The image you see should be similar with what has just opened on your screen. Double click the Modems icon.

• Double click on the Modems icon and you will see the following dialog box below.

• After you have written down the modem type, download the latest drivers.
