Set-up a manual connection to the internet

  1. Go to My Computer on the desktop. 
    .

  2. Double click on Dial up networking. 
    .

  3. Double click on Make New Connection 
    .

  4. On the next screen for the connection name type ConcordNet 
    .

  5. Press Next 
    .

  6. On the next screen set the country code to +61 (Australia) and leave the area code blank and then in the phone number box type in the phone number that is local to you. 
    .

  7. Press Next 
    .

  8. Press Finish 
    .

  9. Now that you have set up the connection double click on ConcordNet and then put your username in and then put your password in. 
    .

  10. Finally press connect and then you will be able to connect on to the internet
