Set-up

What you need to get started:

- An account
with ConcordNet/TSN
- Your login
name
- Your password
- Your local
access telephone number to TSN

- The addresses
of your local servers Primary and Secondary DNS
servers

Start:

Locate the Assistants folder on your hard
drive, open it, and double-click on the Internet Set-up
Assistant icon.
Click the Yes button.
Click the Yes button.
Click the right arrow button.
Type ConcordNet and
click the right arrow button.
Click the right arrow button.
The phone number is your local dial-in
number.
Your user ID is your login name. (All lower
case)
When you are done, click the right arrow button.
Select No and click the right arrow
button.
Select No and click the right arrow
button.
On the first line of the large box, type
your local primary DNS and press return.
On the second line of the large box, type your local
secondary DNS.
When you are done, click the right arrow button.
Fill in your email address.
Your password is the same as you entered for the
other password.
You can leave the greater than symbol in the
last box.
When you are done, click the right arrow button.
Your email account is your login name. eg: johnsmith@concordnet.com.au
John Smith is your username.
The email host is your local SMTP server. ie:
mail.tsn.cc
When you are done, click the right arrow button.
Your Newsgroup Host is your local news
server.
When you are done, click the right arrow button.
Select the No button.
When you are done, click the right arrow button.
Click the Go Ahead button and your iMac will
be ready for the Internet!
