Your
computer has reported that "You have been
disconnected by the remote computer". This message
is a bit misleading as 95% of the time the problem lies
on the client end of the connection.

- Usually rebooting your machine will remedy this problem, however, if the problem persists try these other solutions.
- Your account may have expired or is out of credit.
TCP/IP stack has corrupted.
- Your line from Telstra is not performing very well. (The only way to check if this is the problem is to ring TSN helpdesk).
- You have a modem incompatibility problem. If you have a LT win modem or Rockwell HCF modem. Please look up the appropriate one under connection problem.
